REVIEWS
Mel Meagh, School teacher and Mother
'5 out of 5 stars, Great for kids who are not sure about trying new foods. Brilliant book encouraging kids to try different foods. The "10 tastes before your tongue likes it" idea is great! Lovely pictures and easy to understand story that is relevant to young kids.'
Brittany Adams, Paediatric Occupational Therapist
‘As a paediatric Occupational Therapist I see many children that are selective with food.
This charming, homely book encourages curiosity about food, where it comes from and the joy of trying something new.
It weaves in practical, helpful strategies for parents and children to explore together, while celebrating the experience of enjoying a colourful rainbow of foods. Most importantly you it takes a positive approach to food and mealtimes.
This is an engaging read for a 4-6 year old, and the bright pictures would be enjoyed by younger readers too.
