Celebrate Your Wins
Hello Bright Bod!
Celebrating your wins is a great strategy to keep yourself motivated and making life enhancing lifestyle change.
When it comes to making dietary changes, it is important to acknowledge the tiny changes, as lots of small changes add up to big consequences.
It may be you choose a healthier breakfast, went for that walk or took a packed lunch twice last week, even though the intention was to do it everyday. Just starting and experiencing the change is a win. GIve yourself a pat on the back, a 'way to go!' or 'great effort me' and thinking about how you felt and what the benefits to you were from doing that activity wil also help keep it going.
We would love to hear about your wins when it comes to making dietary changes. Let's inspire each other by sharing in our Bright Bods group!
