Community Connection
Hello Bright Bod!
Community Connection is so important to our physical and mental health and it is something that we need to think about when it comes to healthy eating.
Our food is becoming more expensive and our food system is unsustainable. We need to do our bit to change our food system to the way it used to be, where we would buy local, seasonal, know your farmers, grow your own and swap food.
I invite you to reach out to your local community, get to know your neighbours, visit your local community garden, produce swap, farmers market, local farm and even get a bit personal and Sharewaste.
Share your experience on our Bright Bods Facebook group and stay connected!
