Changes
This year has been so full on already with a lot of new things starting, unexpected happenings and change for us. I also see there are lots of big changes happening to people and local businesses all around us too.
In times like this, scheduling in your self care is so important: meal planning healthy meals and snacks, exercise, early night for sleep, yoga, meditation, massage, listening to music or even forest bathing.
We would love for you to share what works for you to manage these crazy times of change on our Bright Bods Facebook Group!
