Be A Bright Bod And Love Your Bod
With Australian of the Year, body positive advocate, Taryn Brumfitt's acknowledgement, I want to encourage everyone to love the skin you are in!
There are so many negative messages out there about how we should feel about ourselves and the foods we eat.
This month I challenge you to take a double take of the thoughts in your mind and try to replace them with some more positive ones. Avoid labelling foods good or bad as this is not helpful to having a positive relationship with food and our body. Instead say we have good or bad or unhelpful habits which we all have the power to change.
When you eat, aim to nourish or fuel your body, embrace body positivity and physical movement.
As Taryn says, our body is a vehicle to reach our dreams. So please tell us how you love your bod and how it has helped you to reach your goals in our Facebook group Bright Bods!
