Wintering
With Spring just around the corner let's keep the status quo with our wintering or hibernation, just a little longer. Perhaps you have build on your meditation and breathwork to relax, become better at eating mindfully and connecting with your true hunger, or simply allowed yourself to prioritise sleep.
Then when you are ready prepare to plan for the new energy the warmth of Spring brings us. It may mean planning the sping time family fortnightly menu together, looking into physical activity options to get back into, cleaning up the garden, organising the home or kitchen cupboards or planting some seeds indoors.
We would love to hear how you are going in your wintering or hibernation and preparing for the next season. Please share your story and inspire us in our Bright Bods Facebook Group!
What's Happening
Book Week
If you want your child to learn to eat a wider range of foods, Pierre Learns to Eat a Rainbow, is a great helping hand. Carin Clegg has created this book for both children and parents to learn and talk about the steps to eating new foods.
Review by Melmarlade: '5 out of 5 stars Great for kids who are not sure about trying new foods. Brilliant book encouraging kids to try different foods. The "10 tastes before your tongue likes it" idea is great! Lovely pictures and easy to understand story that is relevant to young kids.'
E-book only available to purchase by emailing here.
