Mind Barriers
We all have our mind barriers. It can be that we are so used to our usual routine that we just don't want to even contemplate what things would be like if we try something new, be it try a new food, eat at a different time of the day or do that exercise session on another day or at a different time. It might be that we need to pep ourselves up to be motivated, think about our goals or what that new habit will look like and how you will accomodate it in your day. It also might be that people or yourself have been telling you you can't do it or it just won't happen.
One of the biggest things to realise is that planning to make change takes 80-90% of the effort, and it takes 10-20% of the effort to put the plan into place. This means that making those changes are not impossible and you can work through any barrier if you put your mind to it.
So take some time out to think about what you need to do and make a plan. Write down a series of actions in order for you to make that change a reality.
We would love to hear from you what you have discovered what you can do once you gave yourself time to think and plan. Inspire us in our Bright Bods Facebook Group today!
