Who Inspires You?
Hello Bright Bod!
What better way to get inspired to make some healthy habits than to look up to someone and want to be more like them. Who are your healthy eating champions?
We all have role models that help us achieve all kinds of things, from family and friends to workmates and teachers. Have a good look around your social circles and think about who could inspire you to eat healthier or move your body more. Aim to spend more time with those people who motivate, inspire you and make you feel great.
Inspire us all, share your healthy habits and who inspires you on our Bright Bods Facebook group!
