After the age of 25 years, many health factors begin to decline when not participating in regular physical activity: bone density, muscle mass, metabolic rate (leading to fat increase and weight gain), blood sugar control, balance, joint mobility, muscle strength and consequently chronic disease and falls risks increase.
As part of your nutrition consultation wit our Dietitians, coaching on goal setting to increasing physical activity levels using SMART action plans will help you work towards your fitness and health goals. Carin can also provide more individualised exercise guidance and motivation in conjunction with your nutrition consultations depending on your health and injury status. Simply ask in your consult.

Zumba Gold is a low impact, fun dance class for active older adults, adults recovering from injury, those new to dance or fitness and neurodiverse individuals.
